This year’s annual maintenance fees are $2,225 and the 2009 Gate Fee is $885 which is a total of $3,110 and is due by January 1, 2009.  Any account that is not paid by January 31, 2009 in full will incur additional fees and costs.

Every resident is required to have a windows sticker in order to enter the neighborhood. If you are a new homeowner and do not have a window sticker, contact the number listed above and request one for each car that you have in your family.

Our thanks to the Board of Directors who give their own time to benefit those of us who live here in Lakes of Buckingham.  It is almost a full time job in addition to taking care of their own personal family and business.
